Mlađan Dinkić : State will not sell majority ownership in Komercijalna Banka and Postal Savings Bank

Minister of Finance of Serbia Mlađen Dinkić:
30 banks in Serbia will survive

„Five years ago 80 bank operated in Serbia, whereas now there are only about 40 of them, although the number of employees increased by about 2,000. At the moment, about 80% of banks in Serbia is in private property and it is expected that growing of banks will be continued in the following years and about 30 banks will survive on the market. The State will not sell majority ownership in Komercijalna banka and Postal Savings Bank.”
