The Sabac free zone is expanding into Indjija

The Government of Serbia has given its consent for the area of the Sabac Free Zone to be expanded to an area of 68 hectares and 74 acres on the territory of Indjija, according to the decision published in the Official Gazette.

The extension includes two cadastral parcels in the cadastral municipality of Indjija, which are connected with the area of the free zone forming a single business unit, spatially fenced and specially marked, the decision states.

Consent for the expansion was given to the Free Zone Management Company Sabac.

According to the data from the official website, the free zone, established in 2009, operates at two locations in Sabac, and one in Ruma and Loznica respectively, on a total of 419 hectares.

Indjija is the fourth local government in whose territory the Sabac Free Zone will operate.
