Master center in Novi Sad to be completed until April 2006, exceptional office space offer

The fair-congress and office-shopping Master Center of Novi Sad’s fair will be completed by April 2006 and officially opened with a large international assembly about the reintegration of capital funds.

All of the rough construction works have been done, infrastructure, installations, as well as most of the façade. There are currently 25 companies and about 1,500 workers engaged in the construction and outfitting.

The total value of the construction and outfitting of the center, with surface area of 30,000 square meters, equals €27.5m and the remaining 3.5m will be provided through the sale of office space or additional capitalization.

About 9,500 square meters of office space in the Master Center have been sold, 1,500 square meters of which will be rented out and another 1,500 square meters of the most exclusive space will be sold at the price of €1,500 per square meter with the possibility of a discount of up to 9%.

The heart of the Master Center is the congress center, with a surface area of 2,700 square meter, with halls with 1400 seats and the most modern multimedia equipment, worth €1.5m. (Tanjug)
