CCIS: Vaccination in Factories Begins, More Than 16,500 Employees Want to Get Protection

The vaccination of workers at companies throughout Serbia is well on its way, and the first vaccines have been administered to workers employed in Pancevo, Krusevac, Kragujevac, Arandjelovac, Nis, Sombor and Belgrade. So far, over 16,500 employees from over 500 companies have applied at the CCIS looking to get vaccinated against COVID-19.

This Friday, 250 workers were inoculated at Zastava Kragujevac, and immunization activities were also organized at Pestan Arandjelovac. Regional chambers of commerce and local health institutions organized the vaccination of employees, the CCIS announced.

Workers of ZF Srbija in Pancevo got the first vaccines in their factories, and 100 employees on the construction of the Morava Corridor were vaccinated at the camp of the Bechtel-Enka consortium in Krusevac.

More than 300 workers at Trayal Krusevac and Krumberg & Schubert Srbija were vaccinated at their companies, as were the employees at Fiorano Sombor. Vaccination at BAT Vranje, Philip Morris Nis, Siemens Kragujevac and Bosch Belgrade will be organized in the upcoming days.

The Chamber of Commerce of Serbia appeals to all employees to get vaccinated, because that is the best way to save the companies and the jobs and invites companies from all over Serbia to apply in order to organize the immunization of the employees in the quickest and most efficient way in cooperation with local and health institutions.
