New Sale of Robne Kuce Beograd Building in Podgorica Center Advertised – Initial Price EUR 10.9 Million

The Property Directorate of Podgorica has opened a new tender for the sale of a business building in Podgorica center.

According to the public call, this is the building of the former company Robne Kuce Beograd (Belgrade Department Stores), located on the intersection of Slobode and Novaka Miloseva streets, which is sold with the accompanying land. The area of the land next to the building is 117 m2, whereas the basis of business building has an area of 1,017 m2. The building has a basement level and four floors (including the ground floor) and consists of business spaces on each of the five floors. Each business space has an area of 760 m2.

The initial price is EUR 10.9 million.

Eligible tenderers are all foreign and local natural and legal persons that meet the requirements. Bids may be submitted by April 9, 2021, at 1 PM. The opening of the bids will be held on April 13, at noon.
