VMC Building New Luxury Apartment Complex on Zlatibor

In the center of Zlatibor, only a few hundred meters away from the main town square, the lake, the adventure park and the recently built gondola station, as well as near the biggest markets, the company VMC has started building a modern mountain facility with 24 modern apartment units with numerous additional features in the form of smart apartment control, a fitness zone, a wellness and spa center, children’s playgrounds, outdoor and indoor garages and electric car chargers.

The owners of the company-investor in the project are Vuckovic and Milivojevic families, led by MSc Marko Vuckovic, a civil engineer who has extremely challenging projects of facilities in Kragujevac behind him, and successful football player Luka Milivojevic, who currently plays in the English Premier League.

The concept of VMC apartments is designed so as to meet the standards of the most modern mountain hotels and fits perfectly into the environment of Zlatibor. Close to 3,000 m2 is to be built, entailing 24 luxury apartment units.
