Elektromreza Srbije Buys Another 5% of Shares of Montenegrin Power Distribution System

Elektromreza Srbije (EMS) today bought another 5% shares of the Montenegrin Power Distribution System (Crnogorski elektroprenosni sitem), Tanjug learns.

EMS bought an additional 5% of the shares of the Montenegrin Power Distribution System at the stock exchange and they now own a total of 15% of the company.


According to Blic’s findings, EMS set aside close to EUR 7 million for this purchase.

EMS is 100% owned by the Republic of Serbia.

In 2015, EMS bought slightly over 10% of the shares of Elektroprenos Crne Gore, worth EUR 13.9 million, at the stock exchange.
