Entry into Slovenia with PCR Test Done in Serbia no Longer Possible

As said, from December 25, entry to Slovenia without a quarantine is possible only with a negative PCR test, not older than 24 hours, from the EU or the Schengen area.
According to the decision, entry into Slovenia from the states on the red list, which includes Serbia, without a home quarantine or provision of a negative coronavirus test, is allowed in only seven exceptional cases.
The exception are persons who work in an EU member state or another state of the Schengen area, whereby a proof is required, that is, a signed statement proving the reason for border crossing as daily labor migrants who are to return within 14 hours of the crossing of the border, those who are employed in international transport and those who transport goods to Slovenia or from Slovenia, as part of economic transport activities, or in cargo traffic in transit, who are to leave Slovenia within eight hours of the crossing of the border.
Also exempt are persons who are in transit through Slovenia, who are to leave the country within six hours of the entry, representative of a foreign security organ, carrying out an official task and leaving Slovenia immediately after the completion of the task, persons transported to Slovenia by a rescue or ambulance vehicle, as well as the accompanying health staff in the vehicle, and persons with a diplomatic passport.
