Agreement between "Našice cement" and "Delta" on procurement of stocks of "Toza Marković"?

According to the information published in weekly magazine "Kikindske", there will soon be agreement on procurement of stocks of Kikinda-based "Toza Marković", which belongs to Serbian company "Delta". According to that source, the agreement will soon be reached between Ivan Ergovič – the owner of "Našice cement" and Miroslav Mišković on procurement of 10% of stocks, which will make "Nexe group" majority owner of control stocks of the biggest Serbia’s tile factory.

According to the present state of the things, the disposotion of the "forces" is as follows: "Našice cement" owns 30.29952%, "TM invest" has 17.82829%, "Delta" group owns 10.38438%, East Capital Fund has 6.07753% and State owns 14.09961%.
