Lufthansa Technik to repair four Jat's engines


Air transportation company Jat Airways announced today (March 25, 2010) that German company Lufthansa Technik had won on the tender for overhaul of four jet engines.
According to the announcement, total value of that work is 5.5m USD, while the payment will be done once the works are finished.
The experts from German company will repair the engines that belong to currently grounded airplanes from Jat's fleet.
The engines will be sent to repair next week, while the deadline for completion of works is 51 days.
