Former Fabrics Factory Complex in Paracin up for Lease or Sale

The property of the former fabrics factory Stofara Ltd, owned by the Turkish company Fisek International, is up for lease or sale in Paracin.

According to the website of the Municipality of Paracin, the complex is two kilometers away from the toll booth on the E-75 highway (Corridor 10). It is located next to the international railway which connects northern and southern Europe and the Middle East, with which it is connected by an industrial route.

The factory is located in the wider center area of the town (650 m away from the town center) and is well connected with the town's traffic network and main roads.

The area of the land is 6 ha 35 a 12 m2, and the facilities take up 30,012 m2.
