Deadline for Verification of Accounts at eUprava Portal Expires on July 1

The deadline for the verification of accounts at the eUprava (eGovernment) portal expires on July 1, 2020. The verification of the profiles is necessary in order to improve the security of the accounts in line with the regulations of Serbia, the eGovernment says.

– Please, file a valid identification document by said date in order to verify your profile, otherwise, your account will be deleted – eUprava says on its website.

The users whose accounts get deleted can re-register from July 1, with a mandatory valid identification document.

How to verify your profile:

1. Go to euprava.gov.rs.

2. In the upper right corner, choose the registration option and enter your user name and password.

3. After a successful registration, you will get a notification in the upper part of the window. Click the word “adresa”.

4. A window will open where you need to upload a read-out, scanned or photographed ID card or passport. If you are filing your ID card, you need to photograph both sides of it.

5. After you upload the identification document, the technical service needs no more than 24 hours to check it and verify the profile, of which you will be notified by email. If your request is denied, you will be sent a notification citing the exact reason and you need to repeat the procedure by said deadline.
