Construction of Section to Connect Valjevo with Milos Veliki Highway to Start in Around Ten Days, Minister Announces

Serbian Minister of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure Zorana Mihajlovic said that she expected the works on the construction of the Iverak-Lajkovac section, connecting Valjevo with the Milos Veliki Highway, to begin around ten days later.

– The first step is for the agreement to be adopted by the government, then to have the agreement signed and then for the works to start in around tend days. It is a very important project for the citizens of Valjevo and the entire area – Mihajlovic said on TV Happy.

Mihajlovic pointed out that the construction sites in Serbia had remained operational throughout the state of emergency, on the Morava Corridor, the Sremska Raca-Kuzmin section, the Belgrade-Budapest high-speed railway and other projects, the ministry says on its website.
