Serbian Finance Minister Sinisa Mali has talked to the Ambassador of France to Serbia, Jean-Louis Falconi, about the economic situation in the conditions of the coronavirus pandemic, French investments in Serbia and the project of the construction of a subway in Belgrade, which involves the French company Egis.

Mali and Falconi defined the project of the construction of the Belgrade subway, which is necessary for the further development and expansion of the city, as the absolute priority in the two countries' relations.

Recently, the Agreement on the donation regarding the realization and financing of this project was signed, which will enable the preparation of a feasibility study.

Also, the financial construction is also being prepared, which, as the participants in the meeting agreed, is a very important part of the project.
