Numerous documents related to rights of actors, incidents and finance in civil air traffic of Serbia passed

Exceptionally rich package of the Regulations and Decisions related to air traffic in Serbia was passed at the beginning of January 2010. The Official Bulletin no. 1/2010 includes the Regulations with the basic rules governing civil aviation sector and formation of the European Air Traffic Safety Agency, security check of foreign aircrafts on the airport platform, the rights of passengers when boarding the planes, in case of cancellation and delay of flights, the obligations of airliners towards passengers and their luggages, investigation of incidents and serious accidents involving civil aircrafts.

Numerous details related to finance are defined, including those in connection with the methods of calculation and the amount of fees for services provided by the Directorate for Civil Aviation of the Republic of Serbia, as well as the amount of interest rate on late payment of route fee and the amount of the unit of the route fee of the Republic of Serbia.
