"Utma Commerce" became owner of 82% of capital of company "Napred"

- Belgrade-based company "Utma Commerce" has increased its share in company "Napred" and it is now the owner of nearly 82% of the building company from Belgrade - the bidder announced on the website of the Belgrade Stock Exchange.

At the end of November, "Utma" announced the bid for takeover of 77,621 stocks of "Napred" (22.6%) at the price of 3,002 RSD per stock.

Prior to closing of the bid, "Utma" took over 15,022 stocks, that is, 4.37% of all stocks.

Trading in the stocks of "Napred" on the Belgrade Stock Exchange started in May 2004. The current price of these securities is 2,801 RSD. Maximum price of the stocks over the last year amounted to 3,600 RSD and it was registered at the end of the last year, while the minimum price of 2,500 RSD was reached in August 2009.

"Napred" offers complete engineering services - from elaboration of studies, drawing of plans, construction, reconstruction, to furnishing, supervision, technological and economic analyses.

During more than 55 years of work, that company has built facilities in ten countries on three continents.

"Napred" registered net profit of 424.6m RSD in 2008.
