Law on pipeline transport of gaseous and liquid hydrocarbons and distribution of gaseous hydrocarbons put in effect

The Law on pipeline transport of gaseous and liquid hydrocarbons and distribution of gaseous hydrocarbons, which defines the conditions for safe and undisturbed pipeline transport of gaseous and liquid hydrocarbons and distribution of gaseous hydrocarbons, planning and construction, maintenance and use of pipelines and internal gaseous installations, was put in effect in mid-December 2009.

The Law was published in the Official Bulletin of the Republic of Serbia no. 104/2009 of December 16th, 2009.
