Europe closer to Niš - ceremonious opening of business unit of maritime-river agency "Agent plus"

A business unit of maritime-river agency "Agent plus", which deals with transportation of goods, freight-forwarding and storing, chartering, representing ships and transportation consulting, was ceremoniously opened yesterday (December 16, 2009) in Niš. This successful company with the headquarters in Belgrade, which is also the general agent of the leading line shipping company "Maersk Line" in the field of container transportation, has been mainly opening offices in Serbia in the vicinity of the Danube.
- There are people who say that the economy of Niš is not standing very well, but we are sure that Niš and the region of Niš represent a big future market for us. Both our management and I believe that Niš and this region have future and that business expansion will happen very soon since the plans of entrepreneurs from this region for year 2010 are not insignificant at all. That is why we are almost certain that our results will be good. The users of our services in Nišu and the south of Serbia now have "their own" business unit and do not have to communicate with remote Belgrade any more - said Zoran Netković, the Director General of "Agent plus".
Netković reminded that "Agent plus" was already present in the markets of Croatia, Macedonia, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina. This company will also open offices in Constanza and Bar soon, and it has recently founded a company in Rijeka as well. Its business units in Serbia are situated in Novi Sad, Pančevo, Veliko Gradište, Smederevo, Bezdan and Prahovo.
- Our aim is to cover the territory of Southeast Europe, that is, former Yugoslavia, Bulgaria, Romania and, possibly, Albania - said Netković.
