Chinese capital in Apatin - negotiations on construction of port in Freight-Transportation Center

The economic delegation of the Republic of China, led by Xue Tiezhu, the General Manager of Beijing-based "China Road and Bridge Corporation" (CRBC), the largest company for construction of bridges and ports in China, has been staying in Apatin recently. After the meeting in the building of Apatin's Town Hall, the Chinese delegation visited international marina, pier, orthodox church, the location for future freight-transportation center and spa resort Junaković.

The representatives of the governments of Serbia and China have recently talked about construction of several ports on the Danube in Serbia. On that occasion, construction of the port within the Freight-Transportation Center in Apatin was mapped.

Following the reception cocktail, the guests from China, accompanied by the Mayor of Apatin, visited the location of FTC.
