Hotel and apartments to be built within a Belgrade Waterfront building of 16 floors

The company Belgrade Waterfront has filed a request for considering the need for an environmental impact assessment of the project of the construction of a facility which will feature a hotel and residential space.

The building should have 16 floors, a mezzanine and a two-tier basement, as seen in the request filed by the company to the Ministry of Environmental Protection.

The hotel will be located on the ground floor, the mezzanine, the four floors immediately above it and the topmost floor, which will feature the reception desk and additional features.

The company says in the request that the usage of natural resources will not have a substantial environmental impact.
