Electronic registration of financial leasing agreements from January 1, 2020

Electronic registration of agreements on financial leasing will be enabled from January 1, 2020, the Business Registers Agency (APR) announced.

– The Rulebook on Amendments to the Rulebook of the Content of the Register of Financial Leasing and the Documentation Required for Registration, based on which the filing of applications for registering agreements on financial leasing electronically will be possible from January 1, 2020, comes into effect on December 14 – APR says on its website.

From January 1, 2021, this rulebook will also enable the filing of electronic applications for the changing or adding to the registered data, registration and deletion of an entry, registration of the termination and the deletion of the data on the registered agreement.

The documentation filed along with the registration application to be filed electronically will also be submitted in the form of an electronic document, whose preparation, authorization and confirmation of authenticity is subject to the law regulating electronic documents.
