Zrenjanin-based GIK “Banat“ builds business-apartment facility in Belgrade on 8,500 square meters

Building Combine “Banat“ from Zrenjanin builds business-apartment facility in Belgrade, at the corner of Dimitrija Tucovića and Igmanska Street, on 8,500 square meters. The facility will have about 50 apartments, 1,500 – 2,000 square meters of trade and office space plus 2.5 – 3.5 underground floors for garages and space for technical systems.

The building was designed by bureau “Modular“ from Belgrade (architects Boris Mitrović, Nebojša Glišić and Aleksandar Mitorović). By the way, the investor is Energokonsalting (ECE) and the main contractor is GIK “Banat“, with subcontractors: LHR and “Građevinar Kocić“.
