"Road Assistance" - new service by "Verano Motors"

Company "Verano Motors", general importer and distributor of "Peugeot" vehicles for Serbia, signed the contract yesterday (September 2nd, 2009) with insurance company "Delta Generali" and company "Europ Assistance" on introduction of new service - "Road Assistance".

Backed by partners "Delta Generali" and "Europ Assistance", which have long-lasting experience in this business, "Verano Motors" will offer 24-hour road assistance to the drivers and owners of "Peugeot" vehicles starting September, and help will be provided wherever the vehicles are situated in Serbia or Europe.

Every buyer of the automobile of make "Peugeot" will be able to ask for road assistance by calling free number +381 11 2450 219, and the expert team will arrive in the shortest time possible to either fix the malfunction or tow the automobile to the first authorized "Peugeot" service shop.

This service will be free of charge in the warranty period, and it can be used within 24 months from the moment the vehicle is purchased, while the owners of "Peugeot" vehicles will be able to use it even after the warranty period is expired, but with certain fee.

"Road Assistance" service includes repairs on the site, towing, provision of parking space if the service shop is closed, as well as additional services, such as rent-a-car, hotel, continuation of travel, etc.

The insurance is valid in the following countries: Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lichtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, FYR Macedonia, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, San Marin, Serbia, Russia (only Moscow and Saint Petersburg), Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (including the Balear and Canarian islands), Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, England, Watican.
