The Company "Krusik" from Valjevo Builts the Cardboard Packaging Factory Together With the Company "Irma"- Investment of 18,9 mil EUR

Factory of weapons and ammunition "Krušik" from Valjevo together with the private company "Irma" will build cardboard packaging factory, worth EUR 18.9 million, said on Friday (21 August 2009. Year) Director General of the "Krušik ", Jovan Davidovic.

For the electronic media from Valjevo he said that the construction of the factory started at the end of July in the ground of the factory "Krušik", that has given without tender the land for the facility of about 900 m2 to the company "Irma", and the works will be completed by the end of the year.

To this investment in the Krušik have decided, because of the fact that the company "Irma," has been their cooperator since 1998. year, and is no longer able to pay a monthly rental of office space from 1200 EUR.

Davidovic said that in the business arrangement entered without clearly precised property rights and other relations with "Irma", but the sorcerer are going to determine the structure of the new company ownership.

In "Krušik" did not want to disclose details of the contract on joint construction of the factory cardboard packaging for military production, because it is a business secret, which carries a certain degree of confidentiality.

From the Ministry of Defense of Serbia, which only can take off the label with the confidentiality agreement, the media says that "Krušik" is not legally required to do the business contract available to the public.
