The Austrians round their ownership in Subotica based “Sever”


ATB Company “Austria Antriebstechnik” has published its offer for taking over 27,2% of Subotica based ATB Company “Sever”.
“Antriebstechnik”, which is majority owner of “Sever”, is ready to pay 130 RSD for one share
of electrical engines and generators manufacturer. The offer will be opened until September, 1st.
Nominal value of “Sever” company’s share is 500 RSD. Accounted price on December, 31st, 2008 was 8.539,92 RSD, and the new price made from the last three months activities is 130 RSD, as it is announced in the offer published at Belgrade stock exchange site.
The bidder claims that it has intentions to maintain present activities in Subotica based company, and also to improve the programs of manufacture, to expend contents and types of services, to be more economic and productive in its work.
“Sever” company’s shares have been outside Belgrade’s stock exchange market since the end of 2007.
Present value is 130 RSD, which is a minimum for one year period, compared to the maximum of 150 RSD, from September of the last year.
