Vadim Jakovljev runs "Petroleum Industry of Serbia" from Russia

- Office of the President of the Administrative Board of "Petroleum Industry of Serbia" has been dismissed - electronic "Balkan magazin" announced yesterday (August 6, 2009) citing unofficial sources, and it pointed out that the new President of the Administrative Board, Vadim Jakovljev, had not physically attended the meeting of the Administrative Board of NIS on Wednesday, but he had chaired it from Moscow by using video link.

The sources in NIS say that he will probably keep running "Petroleum Industry of Serbia" in that way because he is also the Deputy Director General of "Gazpromneft" for economy and finance.
