Hotel Ozren in Niska Banja up for sale

The Tax Administration of Nis has advertised the sale of Hotel Ozren in Niska Banja.

The hotel is sold through a public oral auction in the process of enforced tax collection from the Ruma-based company Redwood.

The initial value of Hotel Ozren is RSD 198,035,766.

This is the first attempt at a sale, and the deposit of RSD 9,901,788.30, which is 5% of the estimated value of the hotel, should be paid by March 12, 2019.

The ad emphasizes that the hotel can't be sold at a price lower than 75% of the initial value, that is, for under RSD 148,526,824.50.

The best bidder obliges to pay the sales and purchase price within 8 days from the date of the purchase.

The hotel is sold as is, without the right of complaint, and can be viewed on March 11, 2019, from 8.30 am till 11.30 am.

Hotel Ozren has 144 rooms with 295 beds, and includes a spa therapy block, conference halls, a snack bar, a restaurant and a national cuisine restaurant, a bakery, a summer garden, outdoor sports courts, a bowling alley and a pool table room.
