Hypo Alpe Adria opened another big facility in Belgrade - Hypo Hill on Čukarica

Hypo Adria banka and Hypo Alpe Adria Consultants opened the door of their new business building Hypo Hill on Čukarica by handing of donations to the Belgrade kindergarten Cerak for organization of yard and playground.

The value of the investment is €3.2m. The owner of this luxurious facility whose surface is 1,470 square meters is Hypo Alpe Adria Bank, whereas Hypo Adria Consultants will purchase the building from the bank.

The new, 7th office of Hypo Alpe Adria Bank in Belgrade is settled on the ground floor of Hypo hill, while the remaining 700 square meters of office space are rented by company JT International.

Hypo Alpe Adria Consultants is one of the leading investors in real estates in Serbia, the most important projects of which are works on building lot Tri lista duvana in Belgrade and Hypo boulevard in Novi Sad’s center whose completion is expected in 2007.
