Swedish Transcom arrives to Novi Sad – Jobs for 120 people

After five years of operations in the Serbian market and around 400 professionals employed at the Belgrade office, the investment in Novi Sad will secure new jobs for around 120 experts who specialize in user experience.

Violetta Petrovic Pilipovic, Transcom's director of operations for the German market and the manager of the project for Novi Sad, pointed out that the decision had been influenced by the quality of the experts available, the good infrastructure of the city and the developed market, it is said in the company's press release.

– Within our development plan in Serbia, we have decided for Novi Sad to be our second investment due to the great potential of the city – Petrovic Pilipovic said.

Transcom is recognizable for its expertise in managing projects in various industries. On a daily level, it cooperates with around 1.5 million users worldwide.

– In addition to specializing in user experience, Transcom offers various consulting and analytic services, but also process automation – Violetta Petrovic Pilipovic said.


Joachim Waern, the deputy head of the diplomatic mission of Sweden to Serbia, said that he was pleased that another Sweden company expanded its operations in Serbia.

– Transcom now plans to employ 120 German, English and French language experts, and thanks to the developed network of its services, Novi Sad will have an opportunity to cooperate with large international markets.

Transcom is a multinational company headquartered in Sweden, which provides services in 33 world languages. In 50 offices throughout the world, Transcom employs 29,000 user experience specialists. It opened its office in Serbia in 2014.
