Summit of Free Zones of Europe on May 2-4 in Skopje

In order to prepare the Summit of Free Zones of Europe which will be held in Skopje, the Republic of Macedonia, from 2nd to 4th May 2019, a meeting was held between the Summit co-organizers, Directorate for Technological Industrial Development Zones (DTIDZ) and the Free Zone Pirot as the Regional Office of the World Free Zone Organization (WFZO).

The summit will bring together leaders and stakeholders of the most influential global free zones to present the latest concepts, models and achievements of free zones when it comes to attracting investment, supporting their customers, and their impact on economic and technological development.

A plan of organization and the agenda of the Summit of Free Zones of Europe, which will be organized for the first time the Western Balkans, were agreed at the meeting.
