Istrabenz seeking purchasers for Vinakoper – Application deadline March 31

Istrabenz has opened the call for the collection of bids for the purchase of a 50% stake in Adriafin, Delo reports.

As said in the call, the deadline for the submission of binding bids is March 31, after which date Istrabenz expects to continue the sales process with the interested parties.

The second half has belonged to the Port of Koper since 2018.

Adriafin owns some land, bu the main investment is the 77% stake in Vinakoper, the coastal winemaker. Adriafin bought its stake in the winery in late 2013.
