"ASW Inženjering" to enter market of Italy - good business results in region as well

- Belgrade-based software company "ASW Inženjering" will soon complete negotiations with an Italian company on joint implementation of information system and penetration of Italian market - the representatives of "ASW Inženjering" said yesterday (June 3rd, 2009). In the year when it celebrates the 19th birthday, that company has, so far, successfully realized five projects of implementation of business software solutions for leading local and foreign companies.

- Over the last year, Serbian company has achieved enviable business results and implemented its system in 210 new stores, nearly half of which are in surrounding countries - Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro - Vladimir Topličić, the Manager of Sales and Marketing Team in "ASW Inženjering", told "eKapija".

- The largest number of our clients are in trade business, that is, retail sector, where we implemented our solution "asw:mercantis", which is configurable for both smaller stores and hypermarkets and department stores with tens of cash registers and centralized database. That solution is integrated with system "asw:dominus", which is used for complete management of a company's operations - said Topličić.

As the interlocutor of "eKapija" explained, implementation of "ASW" information system for Belgrade-based company "Futura Plus" was finished in January, so that now complete flows of goods and finance from 12 regional centers are administered by means of that system. Information system for bakery chain "Hleb&Kifle" was delivered in March, while the central system and system in 11 stores of market chain "Banovo Brdo" was implemented within only three weeks and put in operation at the beginning of April. The solution for monitoring of the process of automobile inspection has been designed according to the request of company "Audiotex" from Banja Luka for the Government of Republic of Srpska, which will be monitoring the work of 200 stations for automobile inspection thanks to that centralized system.

- We have, so far, implemented parking system in seven cities in three countries, and we have established cooperation with five mobile operators, three of which are from Serbia, one is from Bosnia and Herzegovina, and one is from Montenegro.

According to Topličić, one of the demanding projects was, also, implementation of information system in three department stores "Beograd" (Terazije, Dušanovac and Zemun) with 27 work stations that were put in operation within only 15 days.

- Although the deadline for realization was extremely short, we managed to fulfill all obligations from the contract and deliver the system in only 15 days, that is, prior to December 1st, 2008. The characteristic of the company for which we have designed the project, "New Mazel Tov", that is, current "Orchestra Fashion Group", is large number of brands they represent. In addition to aforementioned department stores, asw:mercantis system has also been implemented in the stores in "Zira", "Delta City" and DS "Beograđanka", and cooperation will also be resumed in the future on the projects that anticipate their further expansion.

As far as important international projects are concerned, our interlocutor points to implementation of the system in 95 newsstands of Slovenian "Delo prodaje", and complete retail network with central system was put in operation in one day. Also, one of large projects was implementation of intergral information system in Podgorica-based company "Voli", which has about 10 supermarkets throughout Montenegro.

"ASW Inženjering" offers five software solutions to its clients (over 50 companies in the region) - "asw:dominus", "asw:mercantis", "asw:temporis", "asw:credis", "asw:sapiens".

Solution asw:dominus is intended for complete management of all resources in the company and it consists of nine subsystems that cover all business functions. Solution asw:mercantis is intended for management of retail facilities, asw:temporis for management of online and SMS payment of parking, while asw:credis is intended for collecting of payment and taking care of customers. Solution asw:sapiens represents a business intelligence system. All solutions are mutually connected, compatible and make an integrated business information system.
