Building land in Nis up for sale – Initial price RSD 89 million

The City Administration of Nis has put building land up for sale for the construction of facilities in a high density zone, in Nemanjica Blvd. The public bidding will be held on March 7, at 12 o’clock, at the City Assembly of Nis.

The initial price is RSD 89,975,916, and as the ad says, the cadaster parcel in question is KO Nis-Cele Kula of 3,144 m2.

The parcel is primarily meant for residential and office facilities, whereas the construction of facilities for commercial services, trade, hospitality, health care, education, institutions for children, culture, entertainment, sports and recreation is optional.

Production and storage facilities, workshops, car wash facilities and gas stations are not allowed.

On parcels of 600 m2 or more, facilities may have up to seven floors and no less than five. For parcels of 250 to 600 m2, the maximum number of floors is five.

The deadline for the development of the land is 3 years from the possession of the site.

Application and deposit payment deadline is March 4.
