New border crossing in Rača

“Modern border crossing in Rača between BiH and SCG will be officially put into operation today at noon”, the Department of Communications of the Administration for Indirect Taxation of BiH. Border crossing Rača is built on surface of 24,000 square meters, in the vicinity of the bridge across the Sava.

New border crossing in Rača, construction of which cost 11.5 million KM, €7m of which were donated by European Commission in the scope of CARDS program, has 12 entrance-exit lanes, 16 control cabins, premises for customs service, border police, terminal for goods, two halls for inspection of vehicles and parking places for 50 trucks. The opening of this facility will solve the problem with traffic flow, as well as control of goods and passengers on this busy border crossing.
