Auction for sale of PKB "Voćarske plantaže" on June 19th at starting price of 808.1m RSD

The auction sale of agricultural company PKB "Voćarske plantaže" in Boleč has been scheduled for June 19th, and the starting price of the company will be 808.1m RSD - the Privatization Agency announced today (May 6, 2009).

Total of 58% of capital of "Voćarske plantaže" will be offered for sale, while the deadline for submission of applications for participation in the auction, with the deposit of 404.1m RSD, is June 11th. The buyer of that company will be obliged to invest minimum 203.3m RSD in it.

"Voćarske plantaže" owns a factory in Grocka, two cold storage plants and two administrative buildings, as well as about 4,000 ha of land. That company has 87 workers, and its losses at the end of the last year amounted to about 130m RSD.
