Nis to get Expocentar in Lozni Kalem

Expocentar is to be built in Lozni Kalem, Nis, on an area of 13,500 m2.

Milan Randjelovic, the head of the Local Economic Development Office, says that they have applied with the EU PRO development program for the allocation of funds for the co-financing of the preparation of the project-technical documentation of Expocentar and that they were approved a maximum amount of EUR 30,000. The project will be partially financed by the City of Nis with slightly over EUR 48,700.

The City of Nis will begin the preparation of the project-technical documentation. According to the plan, the congress hall will take up at least 5,400 m2, and the exhibit space will cover at least 8,100 m2, Randjelovic said.
