Austrian "Boxmark" started production in Sremska Mitrovica

Austrian company "Boxmark" started production in Sremska Mitrovica-based unit today (December 4, 2008). This company hired 50 people to work in this unit.

"Boxmark" produces covers for automobile seats.

People in the Austrian company said that they were satisfied with the first phase of production and they announced that the scope of production would grow every day.

The production unit is situated in the rented hall of former Furniture factory "1. novembar", and 36 out of 50 workers are sewing leather covers for automobile seats.

Before they started working for the company, the workers finished the two-month training in Varaždin, Croatia.
