Factory "21. oktobar" again on auction on December 5 - starting price is 1.3m EUR

The second auction sale of former Zastava's factory "21. oktobar" is schedulled for December 5th. The property of the factory is estimated at over 8m EUR, while 100% of the factory's capital will be offered to the potential buyers at the starting price of 1.3m EUR, with mandatory investments of about 1m EUR.

The management of factory "21. oktobar" say that three foreign and one local company were interested in privatization of the factory at the first auction, but they all gave up procurement because of the factory's debts and financial obligations towards the state and the creditors clubs in Paris and London, which amount to about 8m EUR.
