"Boxmark" plans to open unit in Sremska Mitrovica - 40 people already signed work contracts

Austrian company "Boxmark", which plans to open an unit in Sremska Mitrovica, has already signed contract with the first 40 workers, mainly women.

Newly employed workers will go to Varaždin where they will be staying for one month in order to gain necessary experience for doing their jobs.

"Boxmark" is the company that deals with production of high-quality leather covers for European automobile industry and, according to the announcement of the administration in Sremska Mitrovica, the company plans to create total of 1,800 jobs in that town.

The first phase of that investment should be realized at the end of this year, but the value of the investment has not been revealed yet.
