New auction for sale of minority package of Serbian Recycling factory on July 27


The Share Fund of Serbia announced that total of 11.6%
of stocks of Grejač-based Serbian Recycling factory would be offered for sale on the Belgrade
Stock Exchange on July 27th at the starting price of 1.1m RSD.
Total of 2,574 stocks will be offered for sale at the
starting price of 433 RSD per stock, which is 216 RSD less than on the previous
unsuccessful auction.
The factory deals with recycling of glass, non-metal
castings and waste, and, according to the data provided by the Business
Registry Agency, the factory acheved incomes worth 17.5m RSD and expenses in
amount of 17.4m RSD in 2007.
The factory has a production unit at 418 squar meters and offices at 18.8 square meters, and it also has 12 employees.
According to the data from the Central Securities Registry of Serbia, the majrity owner of Serbian Recycling factory with 74.28% of stocks is Greek “Hellenic recycling Papaioannou", the Share Fund owns 11.6% of capita, while the minor stockholders own 14.12% of stocks.
