State looking for solution for Budimka Pozega

Budimka Pozega, a former fruit processing giant, has been unable to find adequate investors for years now. President of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic said that the solution for the company had to be found.

– There have been offers, but each one fell through. There has even been an offer of EUR 15 million, but no agreement was reached. In the upcoming period, we will try to find a way, together with the competent minister Nedimovic, to revive this ruined giant. Budimka is very important for the entire region and, unlike other factories in a similar situation, it has a future – Vucic stated.
