Thus, Oak & Ice confectionery in Berlin, sells beetroot ice cream while another confectionery, just a few blocks away, offers ice cream with a taste of cucumber and mint.

Meanwhile, the organizers of the Ice Cream Fair Gelatissimo International, which will be held next year in Stuttgart, said that in the future, they expect even more ice cream with the taste of vegetables.
