Total of 8m EUR invested in gas introduction in Loznica

- So far, 8m EUR have been invested in the project for introduction of gas into Municipality of Loznica - company "Loznica-gas", authorized for construction and use of gas network on this territory, announced.

About 2,500 users signed the gas introduction contracts with this company, and total of 230 kilometers of distributive gas network have been built.

The introduction of gas into Municipality of Loznice started in September 2004 with the connection of the city territory to the gas system. Last year, local communities Klupci and Banja Koviljača were connected to the gas network, while introduction of gas into Lešnica commenced this year.

The price of gas connection is 1,000 EUR and it can be paid through banking loans.

The most significant infrastructural project in this municipality should be finished prior to year 2011.

Company "Loznica-gas" was registered in February 2004 as a stock company and it was founded by NIS Energogas Belgrade, Loznica-based Heating plant and Czech company MSA.
