Government is looking for advisor for PKB privatization - Deadline for bids June 20

Privatization adviser will be in charge of the following activities: preparation stage - detailed legal and financial analysis of PKB Corporation, value evaluation as well as market analysis of potential strategic and financial investors; implementation stage: proposal of the model and method of privatization of PKB Corporation, preparing sales documents, preparation of 'data room" organization of meetings of PKB management with investors, drafting of privatization contract.

Let us remind, eight investors have already expressed interest in privatization of Agricultural cooperation Belgrade (Poljoprivredna korporacija Beograd). In early 2017, Matijevic company and MK Group from Serbia, Al Dahra from United Arab Emirates, two companies from Great Britain, one from China and one from Singapore as well as one private owner from Kovin have already sent letters of intent.
