The farm next to the Grundfos factory at Indjija, named Northeast Working Zone in advance, is finally being prepared for investors.

The municipality and the AP of Vojvodina have split the costs 50-50 and all utility connections, the water supply network and the 1,200-m paved traffic route with a roundabout have been provided for RSD 76 million.

In the second phase, in the coming months, the sewer, gas and electrical systems will be installed, turning the 97 hectares close to Indija, next to the highway, into one of the best equipped and most attractive working zones in Serbia.

According to Mayor of Indjija Vladimir Gak, the first investor, the non-alcoholic drink factory Quass, which is investing EUR 4 million, is already buying land.

– Considering the interest of the investors, we expect Indjija to become the biggest construction site in Srem as soon as next year. There are investors who are very interested and if the plans come true, all the capacities in the zone will soon be full – Gak said for RTV.
