Next Air Serbia plane to be named after Zdravko Colic?

Deputy Prime Minister Zorana Mihajlovic has stated that she will suggest to Air Serbia to name one of their new planes after Zdravko Colic.

– He’s simply an enduring legend and I would like Air Serbia to last as long, so it is my ministry’s proposal to have a plane named after Zdravko Colic – Mihajlovic said for Pink.

She hopes that the national airline will accept her initiative and that Colic’s name will be the next in line after airplanes named after Novak Djokovic, Dejan Stankovic, Goran Bregovic and Miki Manojlovic.

– I hope that Air Serbia will accept this, as the decision is up to them. I must admit that we’ve received all kinds of letters since an airplane was named after Goran Bregovic asking why not Zdravko Colic. We’ve given it some thought and decided to send the initiative – Mihajlovic says.
