Opening of renovated units of frozen food factory "ABS food" from Ruski Krstur


Chairman of
the Chamber of Commerce of Serbia, Miloš Bugarin, will open rehabilitated and broadened capacities of the factory for
processing and freezing of vegetables in Ruski Krstur on Friday, May 16.
This event will take place in the presence of the Ambassador of Cyprus to Belgrade, Homer Mavromati, and Consule Konstantin Markos, as well as numerous businessmen from Serbia.
According to the announcement, frozen food of trademark "ABS food" from Ruski Krstur can already be found on the markets of Cyprus, Montenegro,
Macedonia and Croatia. The product quality has been confirmed by HACCP certificate,
so that the plan of the company is to start exporting products to the markets
of countries of European Union.
Therefore, Stock Company "ABS food" placed huge investments in the equipment last year and the capacity of the factory for processing and freezing of vegetables was doubled.
Rehabilitation and expansion of units were enabled by the loans
approved by Marfin bank, Development Fund of Republic of Serbia and Development Fund of AP
Vojvodina. Major part of production is intended for export and it is expected that the contract will be signed with market chain "Metro".
