RSD 77.8 million for reconstruction at Palic – Continuation of reconstruction of Grand Terrace and Grand Park

(Palic) The Capital Investment Directorate of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina will finance the continuation of the reconstruction of the Grand Terrace and the Grand Park with RSD 77.8 million.

As stated in the documents published on the website of the Provincial Government, Subotica has received funds for this project at the public tender for financing and co-financing projects of local and regional economic development in the amount of RSD 250 million.

This is just one of the projects that the Capital Investment Directorate will finance with over a billion dinars based on six tenders opened in late January.

Projects selected for financing are to be carried out in 36 cities and municipalities of Vojvodina (one project per city or municipality in most cases). Looking by the amounts of funds received, Subotica is third, behind Novi Sad and Sremska Mitrovica.

A total of RSD 350 million has been set aside for financing and co-financing 7 projects of transport infrastructure in as many cities and municipalities, whereas another RSD 350 million has been set aside for 13 water supply and water protection projects and RSD 68.6 million for eight sports development projects.

Five cultural development projects will be financed with a total of RSD 46.9 million and seven pre-school and primary school education and rearing projects will be financed with RSD 50 million.
