"Matroz" for sale on June 2nd

Privatization Agency will offer company "Milan Stepanović-Matroz" in bankruptcy from Sremska Mitrovica for sale on June 2nd, at starting price of 846.6m RSD.

Juristic person "Matroz", wit the founder's rights in "Matroz Korohumus", will be offered for sale, and deadline for payment of deposit in amount of 338.6m RSD is May 26, 2008.

That company has factory halls, machines for production of paper and cellulose and two stores in Sremska Mitrovica, which are closed.

At the beginning of April, Privatization Agency of Serbia sold mobile property of company "Matroz" for 29.92m RSD. On that occasion, 105 packages of property of total of 110 offered packages were sold and their starting price was 9.59m RSD.

The bankruptcy was introduced in that company on August 3, 2007. "Matroz" ended last year with the loss in amount of 2.46 billion RSD, while its loss in 2006 amounted to 177.57m RSD.
