Are there purchasers interested in Luxol Zrenjanin property?

The administrative receiver of the Zrenjanin-based chemical company Luxol has put the company’s property up for sale through a public collection of bids.

The object of the sale is the entire movable and immovable property, which has been estimated at more than RSD 166.6 million. This is not the minimum acceptable amount, nor is it in any other way binding or determinative for the bidder in defining the bid.

The final deadline for the submission of bids is February 20, 2017, 12 am, whereas the public opening of bids will take place 15 minutes later at the premises of the bankruptcy owner.

Let us remind that the Czech investor which has already founded the company Vimislicki Liftovi in Zrenjanin was interested in purchasing Luxol in September. As the media reported, however, their bid remained unanswered for months.
